Yes, we do custom design rings. Book an appointment to discuss your design, browse our great range of diamonds and we’ll help turn your design into reality with our professional designers and master craftsman jeweller. Our studio is easily located in the Queen St Mall in the Brisbane CBD which allows you to easily consult with our designers to create your perfect engagement ring.

Many of our Diamondport range is in stock for your viewing at our Brisbane studio, located in Queen Street Mall. For custom rings, we create your design in CAD software and send you a render to approve the design before we create it. All of this process is explained to you in your consultation and we keep you updated throughout the entire process. During the ring manufacturing process, we will send you a progress shot of the ring before it has been assembled by our jewellers.

With your Diamondport engagement ring purchase, we ensure your new ring fits by offering a free resizing. Additionally, all of our rings have a lifetime guarantee on workmanship. All warranty claims and ring resizing must be brought or sent back to us. For those not in Brisbane, we will organise a courier to send it back to us.
